A Nice Lunch in Downtown Austin? Dine at Due Forni

I’ve always liked what Due Forni did with the space in the Littlefield Building at 601. E Congress. They offer a number of quick lunch menu items including a delicious lunch burger with a side dish and salad. You can expect to get out of there for about $20 with tip, but no libations. My burger was perfectly cooked, the pickled onions a surprise treat and the vinaigrette on the salad was tangy and delicious. A very nice compliment to the grilled Brussels Sprouts.

If I’m correct, they offer a great happy hour too with a number of $5 items.
